2. If an apartment has a kitchen it might still not have a fridge

3. If an apartment has two bathrooms, one of them might have a toilet in the shower

4. Neighborhoods change quickly — a 10 minute walk can go from suburban to vibrant

5. An orange tree in a tiny garden (or a Calamondin on a patio) can make a 1-bedroom look like a palace
